Over 853 students have graduated at the 5th graduation ceremony hosted by Chreso University in Lusaka.
This sees an increase in the university’s number of graduates from 2017’s 250 graduates.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony at Mulungushi International Conference Centre, Chancellor of Chreso University Helmet Reutter advised students to continue with research so as to better the country and not just end here.
He further urged students to focus on more endeavors that can benefit the country, also to acquire more wisdom that can flow with the already attained knowledge.
Meanwhile Chreso University Vice Chancellor Professor Christopher Simoonga said there is need for university graduates of today to be responsive to the need for mitigating the impact of climate change through their professional development.
He said students should be aimed at providing viable solutions for better delivery of community services.
And a representative of UNZA Vice Chancellor Sabile Ngambi said the graduates should take care of the various needs of society now they have graduated.
