President Hakainde Hichilema is in the democratic republic of Congo DRC to attend the 42nd SADC ordinary heads of state and government summit for the first time since assuming office in August 202.
The annual regional Summit has been themed promoting industrialization through, Agro processing, mineral beneficiation and regional value chains for inclusive and resilient economic growth.
Now BUYZED has reiterated the significant impact the summit would bring to the industrialization sector in Zambia.
BUYZED campaign founder Evans Ngoma told One Love Radio news in an interview that the summit will give an opportunity for the head of state to identify strengths and take maximum benefits on exploring and processing minerals and resources in Zambia.
Mr. Ngoma said the promotion of industrialization through Agro processing will also advance the agricultural sector and manufacturing of local materials, further creating huge job opportunities in the country.
“We will begin to explore our long lasting potential into the minerals and in the Agro sector,” he said.
