The Bible Gospel Church in Africa (BIGOCA) is delighted to join social organizations in commemorating the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence.
Speaking to One Love Radio news in an exclusive interview Pastor Lazarus Shumba of BIGOCA said it is vital that society reflects on issues that tend to tear families apart hence acknowledging the days that bring awareness and making efforts in ending GBV.
He said the country needs to develop a community-based approach in ending gender-based violence in communities.
Zambia has joined the rest of the world in commemorating the 16days of activism against gender-based violence that kicked off on 25th November 2023to the 10th December under the theme No violence against women and children.
