A senior citizen has called on the state to continue the corruption case involving former Presidential press aid Amos Chanda and former RTSA Chief Executive Officer Zindaba Soko and a named business man.
Mr. Dickson Chibilo has noted that discontinuing the case by the state through a nolle prosequi is promoting corruption in the country.
He has lamented that 21 thousand US dollars is too much money to be given to 2 individuals.
“For someone to tell the state that he is willing to be a witness in the case and testify against the accused it means he has evidence hence discontinuing this case is promoting corruption and eroding the judicial system”. He said.
