Socialist Party President Dr Fred M’membe has accused the ruling party of favoring their party cadres during the recruitment and appointment of people in to civil service.
Dr M’membe said it is a dangerous desperate action to convert government and state institutions into devices for partisan favors.
He added that the recruitment of teachers, nurses, military and police personnel will follow the same pattern of partisanship, nepotism, regionalism as the UPND is under extreme pressure from its cadres.
Dr M’membe further added that the UPND intends to change the CDF rules in order to distribute money easily to its cadres across the country.
