A Resident of Lusaka’s Garden Compound in side 3 area Naomi Mwale is alarmed, frustrated at the erratic water supply and non availability of the commodity in the area.
Speaking in an interview with one love radio Ms. Mwale has complained bitterly that they go without water for as long as three days and when supply is restored ,is only for an approximate 2 to 4 hours.
She says the situation is pathetic in consideration with houses with flashing toilets. She has therefore called on the Lusaka water and supply to rectify the situation as people’s lives are in danger.
“It is challenging for us with flashing toilets to be able to manage with current situation especially that the borehole we used to fetch water from got destroyed”. She said.
