Government has pledged to ensure an improved Cost of Living by 2023
Speaking during a press conference at state house in Lusaka president Hakainde Hichilema said government is committed to bringing the economy back to normal and move towards a positive growth trajectory.
President Hichilema said government is ready to support stakeholders such as those in the mining sector and the media among others that will do genuine business and create employment to the many Zambians.
The head of state also advised journalists to report truthfully, factual and has further warned that no journalist should be arrested in the line of duty and that they should perform their work freely.
He pointed out some of the successes scored by his administration being elected since into office, such as the free education policy, the amendment of the NAPSA bill act and the launch of the marketer’s booster loan among others.
