The Independent Church of Zambia ICOZ has appealed to the school management of Mukambo girls boarding secondary school to rescind their decision on the expulsion of some pupils for their behavior.
The five girls aged between 12 and 17 years where expelled for spending nights with their boyfriends from a named university in the area.
ICOZ President Bishop David Masupa said expulsion is not an answer but an increase to immorality.
He encouraged families to be counseling their children emphasizing that responsible children come from responsible families.
“We call upon those responsible in education to rescind that decision, expulsion is not the answer,” he said.
