INFRATEL has launched a Microsoft Azure Stack a hybrid cloud platform that allows s businesses to be cloud service providers and save on technology infrastructure investment.
Speaking at the launch at Mulungushi conference center in Lusaka, INFRATEL board chair person Mirriam Chiyaba said the innovation is in line with INFRATEL’S vision to make ICT infrastructure available in Zambia and beyond.
Ms. Chiyaba said INFRATEL’s mission is to innovate and deploy ICT infrastructure services that are cost effective for customers operations, set up and for the expansion of their reach.
Speaking at the same event minister of technology & science Felix Mutate said the launch of Microsoft azure stack by INFRATEL reaffirms and provides assurance to all organizations that they can deploy viable digital solutions with the current architectures and update legacy applications to deliver excellent service to, the Zambian people.
“INFRATEL is today demonstrating its contribution towards the governments’ digital revolution agenda that aims to transform the economy by being the partner of choice for all those businesses that want to embark on or are already on their digital transformation journey,” he said.
