Zambia’s second gentleman Bishop Max Nalumango, has advised upcoming music artist as well as young leaders in the music industry to use music to minister to several lives in Zambia.
Speaking during the 2023 Olive Gospel Awards held in Lusaka, that was attended by former southern province minister Edify Hamukale and well known gospel artist such as JOJO Mwangaza among many, Dr. Nalumango said all upcoming gospel artist should not use music for entertainment but rather as a means to save lives, encourage and draw people to God.
“Am encouraging all of you young gospel artists to use music to minster and not for entertainment,” he said.
Dr. Nalumango further added that, music if not well handled might distort the real meaning and hinder the Christian life of both the artists and the young generation at large.
