Police have charged and arrested the Co-Founder of Sistah Sistah Foundation.
Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale in a statement said the co-founder identified as Gladys Mwangala Monde aged 29 of Silverest area in Lusaka has been arrested with the offence of giving false Information to Public officers and Unlawful Assembly.
Mr. Mwale said that Police have also charged and arrested three others identified as Ann Kazhila Hollard aged 28 of Civic Center area who is the Programme Director, Chilombu Kabambi aged 22 an Administrative Assistant under the same foundation and Luse Mwila Chanda aged 25 with the offence of Unlawful Assembly.
He said the suspects are in Police Custody and will appear in court soon as investigations have intensified.
“Police have instituted investigations into the programmes and activities of Sistah Sistah Foundation,” he said.
