The United Party for National Development UPND Deputy National Youth Chairperson Trevor Mwiinde has commended the move to appoint Chama Fumba fondly known as pilato as permanent secretary in the ministry of Youth, Sports and Arts.
President Hakainde Hichilema on Tuesday 20th December 2022, sworn in Chama Fumba fondly known as pilato on the position of permanent secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Arts, and Gilbert Andyford Phiri as director of public prosecutions among others.
Speaking in an interview with One Love Radio news Mr. Mwiinde said that Mr. Fumba deserves this appointment as he is one of the people whose struggle credentials are clear and that he has walked with many Zambians along the way.
He stated that Mr. Fumba is a team player whose intra and interpersonal skills are quite excellent. Adding that youth appointments shows relevance to the head of state that he is with the young people in his leadership.
“He is a team player and his intra and interpersonal skills are excellent”, he said
