Water Resources Management Authority WARMA has continued to engage various stakeholders and traditional leaders in the water resource management sensitizations program across the country.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with One Love Radio news, WARMA public relations Officer Mubiana Nalweendo revealed that the sensitization programs are aimed at ensuring that domestic and commercial water users in rural areas across the country take care of the environment and manage water resources diligently.
Mr. Nalweendo further revealed that WARMA has also engaged the media in the sensitization program; hence the program has reached its peak.
“As WARMA we plan to sensitize them on the need to manage these water resources and also to basically take care of the environment,” he said.
