ZAM EXPRESSES CONCERNS OVER MONTHLY FUEL REVIEWS.

The Zambia Association of Manufacturers says the initiative of reviewing fuel prices every month is good but the interval seems to be too short.

ZAM Coordinator for proudly Zambia campaign Lewis Chimfwembe said a monthly review is making it difficult for companies to plan hence there are making losses.

He since called on the government to revert back to reviewing fuel prices after three months.

The Energy Regulation Board ERB previously revised downwards the fuel pump prices by K2.35 per litre for Petrol, 58 ngwee per litre for Diesel and 56 ngwee per litre for Kerosene.
