Local Businessman and Independent Councillor for NJAME ward of Chirundu District, Southern Province Winfred Mweene has joined various stakeholders, the Church, NGO, Cooperating partners and other Political leaders to praise the New Dawn Government on the passing of Bill7.
Mr. Mweene said he has no doubt this will bring Development as some constituencies will be divided as a result people will not only see it but will feel it that President Hakainde Hichilema has brought Development.
“We welcome the bill 7 because it is about development through enough constituency development fund for each constituency after dividing the constituencies”. He said.
He said it is very good that Some PF MPs and independents saw the NEED to vote for bill7 as it will bring Development and more money through CDF to the local people in our country.
“People will now directly feel and see the development with the increased allocation of CDF and smaller constituencies”. He added.
