MONGU SEES MASSIVE TURNOUT FOR PRAYER RALLY

Christians from different denominations and communities across Mongu in Western Province have gathered at Hope Family Church for the Western Province Prayer Rally, a spiritual event aimed at uniting believers in prayer and reflection ahead of the country’s general elections.

The gathering attracted hundreds of worshippers, church leaders, and invited guests, among them the Second Man, Bishop Dr. Max Nalumango, as well as several pastors from across the country who joined believers in prayers for peace, unity, and national development.

Speaking during the rally, event organiser Pastor Monde called on Christians to remain prayerful, calm, and peaceful before, during, and after the general elections.

Meanwhile, Bishop Max Nalumango stressed the importance of maintaining unity and avoiding acts that could divide communities during the electoral period.

Church leaders also encouraged believers to seek God’s guidance in all matters affecting the nation, urging them to allow God to lead their decisions and actions.

The prayer rally was marked by worship sessions, sermons, and intercessory prayers focused on peace and stability in Western Province and the country at large.
